Linecraft Privacy

Last updated 17 September 2026. Android package com.belleprairiegames.linecraft.

This policy covers the game Linecraft Idle Factory, published by Belle Prairie Games (“we”, “us”). The short version: we do not collect your personal data, and your game stays on your device unless you choose to back it up with Google Play Games.

In short

  • The game has no ads, no accounts of its own, no chat and no multiplayer.
  • We do not collect personal data. The game does not send your data to us or to any analytics, advertising or crash-reporting service.
  • Your saves, settings and a small usage log are kept on your device, and in your own Android backup if you use one.
  • If you choose to sign in to Google Play Games, Google keeps your achievements and a copy of your save slots in your Google account. We cannot see them.
  • Reminder notifications are off unless you turn them on, and are created on your device.
  • Purchases are processed by Google Play. We never see your payment details, name or email address.

What the game stores on your device

The game writes these files to its private app storage on your device. Other apps cannot read them, and the game itself does not upload them anywhere; Android may copy them into your own backup (see Backups below).

Save slots
Your factories, coin balance, unlocks, goal and tutorial progress, and the time of the last save, used to calculate offline earnings
Settings
Volume, sound and music, language, theme, art style, orientation, vibration, battery saver, and whether usage data is on
Purchases owned
The ids of the in-app products you own, for example save_slots_3
Achievements
Which goals you have completed, and when, shared across your save slots
Usage log
The local log described below
Rating record
How many times you have opened the game and when it last offered Google Play’s rating card, so it does not ask too often. It does not hold your rating: Google does not tell us what you rate
Session marker
Whether the game was open, its version, the current slot and factory count, used only to notice if the last session closed unexpectedly

The usage log

The game keeps a local log of game events to help us understand how it plays. It holds at most 5,000 entries; older entries are dropped. Each entry has a timestamp and an event name, for example: session started or ended (with its length), new game or slot opened, tutorial step reached, item unlocked, factory added, grid expanded, expansion pack loaded, purchase attempted and its result, offline earnings, an error message from the game, or an unexpected exit. The session-start entry also records the operating system name, the game version, the language setting, and whether the device is a phone.

The log contains no name, email, contact details, location, advertising id or device identifier. It stays on your device. The game has no code that sends it anywhere.

You can turn it off in Settings > Data > Usage data. Turning it off deletes the log and stops new entries being written. If we ever add a service that sends usage data off the device, we will update this policy first and ask for any consent the law requires.

Purchases

Expansion packs and extra save slots are one-time purchases made through Google Play. Google handles the payment. We never receive or store your payment card, billing address, name or email.

The game includes Google’s Play Billing Library, which talks to the Google Play Store app and Google’s servers to list products, make purchases and restore them. When a purchase completes, the game receives the product id, the purchase state and a purchase token. It uses the token once to confirm the purchase to Google, as Google requires, and does not keep it. It saves only the product id, so the content stays unlocked.

Google’s library may itself send diagnostic information to Google. That processing is done by Google under Google’s privacy policy, not by us.

Android permissions

  • Internet and network state: so the Google Play Billing Library can reach Google Play.
  • Google Play billing: to make in-app purchases.
  • Vibrate: for the short buzz when you place a machine, which you can turn off in Settings.
  • Notifications: to show reminders, only if you turn them on in Settings. Android asks you first.
  • Run at startup: so reminders you turned on are still delivered after your phone restarts.

Android’s build tools also add an internal permission that only this app can hold. It grants no access to your data. The game does not request location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, files or phone permissions.

Backups

The game uses Android’s automatic backup. If backup is turned on for your Google account, Android copies the game’s files listed above (saves, settings, the list of packs you own, completed achievements and the usage log) into that backup and restores them when you set up a new device or reinstall the game. Google stores and encrypts the backup under Google’s privacy policy; we cannot see it. You can turn backup off, or delete the game’s backup, in your device’s backup settings. Purchases can also be restored from Google Play with Restore Purchases in the Shop.

Deleting your data

  • Delete one save: on the save slot screen, tap Delete on a slot and confirm.
  • Reset all data (Settings > Data): deletes every save slot, your completed achievements and the usage log, and restores default settings. It keeps your purchases, so you do not lose what you paid for.
  • Remove everything: uninstall the game, or clear its storage in Android Settings > Apps > Linecraft > Storage. Your purchases stay on your Google account and can be restored after reinstalling.
  • Cloud saves and achievements: if you signed in to Google Play Games, manage or delete them in the Google Play Games app and your Google account settings. Deleting a save slot in the game also replaces its cloud copy with a marker that it was deleted.

We hold no copy of your data, so there is nothing for us to delete on our side.

Children

The game has no ads, no chat, no user-generated content shared with others, and no accounts of its own; Google Play Games sign-in is optional and handled by Google. It does not collect personal information from anyone, including children. It is not directed specifically at children. Purchases go through Google Play, where parents can require approval using Google Play’s parental controls.

Google Play Games (optional)

The game works with Google Play Games Services. Android may sign you in automatically if you use Play Games on your phone, and you can sign in or check your status in Settings > Google Play Games. You do not have to use it to play. While you are signed in:

  • Goals you complete unlock the matching achievements on your Play Games profile.
  • A copy of each save slot is stored in your Google account (Play Games “Saved Games”), so you can pick up on another phone or after reinstalling. When the copy on your phone and the one in your account differ, the game keeps the newer one, or asks you which to keep if both changed within a few minutes of each other.
  • Google’s Play Games software processes your Play Games profile (such as your gamer name and player id), your achievement progress and your saved games, under Google’s privacy policy. We do not receive this data and cannot see it.

You can manage or delete your Play Games data, including saved games, in the Google Play Games app and your Google account settings.

Reminder notifications (optional)

Reminders are off until you turn them on in Settings > Reminders when your factories need you; Android then asks for permission. When they are on, the game schedules notifications on your phone as you leave it: when your offline earnings are full, when a factory’s dock is about to fill, and one reminder after two days away. They are cancelled when you open the game. They are created and shown on your device, and nothing is sent to us.

Rating prompt

After a milestone, the game may show Google Play’s own rating card, at most three times and never more than once every 90 days. Google handles the card and your rating; the game is not told whether or how you rated it.

Changes to this policy

When the game’s data handling changes, we will update this page and the date at the top before the change ships.
